(Please have some snacks or food with you for lunch for this day; Lunch box from the company is also available for extra charge)

The gorge has a length of 40 km and it is adjacent to the ridge Terskey Ala-Too.
At the top of the gorge in summer operates the mountaineering camp. Peaks, which are most popular for climbing are Djigit peak (5130 m), Karakol peak (5281 m), Przewalski peak (4283 m), Zhukov peak (4450), Thalmann peak (4460), Dimitrov peak (4450 m), Fuchik peak (4210) and Gastello peak (4350 m).
On the slopes of Karakol gorge grow buckthorn, barberry, briar, mountain flowers and of course thick meadow grass. With increasing of the altitude they are replaced by spruce and juniper forests. The composition is completed with subalpine and alpine landscapes. Fauna of the gorge is also amazing.
Here you can see mountain goats, deer, lynx, wild boar, snow leopards, wolves and eagles. The highland part of the valley hides many beautiful places such as mountain lake and waterfall.

Dinner and overnight at the tenet camp.

Day 2. Karakol gorge Ala Kul lake.

After breakfast start our trek to Ala Kul lake.
Lunch picnic at Sirota hut.

The pearl of Terskey Ala-Too hidden high in the mountains is a glacial lake Ala-Kul (translated from Kyrgyz as "the Motley Lake"). It is situated at the altitude of 3532 m in the pass of the same name.
The lake is quite small. It occupies an area of less than 1.5 sq. km, but its depth can reach over 70 m. Lake Ala-Kul is situated in a colorful bowl of rocky ridges with white tops. There are two ways to get to the lake: through the pass or traveling from the valley Altyn-Arashan.
Alpine cold, the sun shining brightly and the rocky shores of Lake Ala-Kul allow the traveler to feel like somewhere at the edge of the world, in the realm of peace and tranquility.

Dinner and overnight at the tent camp next to the lake.

Day 3. Ala Kul lake Altyn Arashan hot springs Karakol town.

After breakfast descent down to Altyn Arashan gorge.
Lunch picnic en route.

Probably the most popular destination from Karakol is the hot-spring development of Altyn-Arashan (Golden Spa), set in a postcard-perfect alpine valley at 3000m, with 4260m Palatka Peak looming at its southern end.
Much of the area is a botanical research area called the Arashan State Nature Reserve, which is home to snow leopards, although the only animals youre likely to see are the horses and sheep belonging to local families.

Upon arrival to the camp you can enjoy hot springs (self pay) and rest your muscles after the long trek.
