08:10 – Брифинг. Наш гид расскажет Вам о маршруте, сколько времени это займёт, о важных остановках по пути, технике безопасности.

08:30 – отправимся в увлекательный тур к озеру Сон Куль и первая остановка у нас будет в городе Токмок (в часе пути от Бишкека), здесь мы посетим историко-археологический комплекс «Башня Бурана». Экскурсия продлится около одного часа, за это время, вы сможете узнать много интересных фактов о раннем средневековье на территории Кыргызстана.

Далее переезд в ущелье Боом где мы сделаем остановку в кафе на обед (самостоятельно) и едем дальше. Следующая остановка в селе Кочкор, где мы посетим небольшой музей и женский кооператив, где можно будет приобрести различные предметы из войлока и другие сувениры сделаные руками местных мастериц.

Продолжим наш путь к озеру Сон-Куль. Оставшееся время в пути 3 часа. И за это время мы поднимемся на озеро через перевал Калмак-Ашуу высотой 3447 м.

Прибываем в лагерь на высоте 3016 м, размещение в юртах, ужин, отдых и вечерняя прогулка

 

День 2  Озеро Сон-Куль – город Бишкек

Расстояние: 350 км

Время в пути: 7-8 часов

Питание: завтрак, обед

09:00 – Завтрак и после завтрака мы можем отдохнуть в лагере или прогуляться по округе. Так же можно (самостоятельно) покататься на лошадях, обедаем и отправляемся в обратный путь в Бишкек. Спускаться с Сон-Куля мы будем через один из красивейших перевалов Кыргызстана – перевал Тескей-Торпок, 3133 м – его еще называют «33 попугая» из-за большого количества серпантинов. На перевале мы обязательно остановимся и сделаем много классных фото. Возвращение в Бишкек к ночи.

Day 1. Arrival in Astana. (20 km / 40 min).

Arrival in Astana capital of Kazakhstan. Your driver will meet you in the airport and transfer to the hotel.

Day 2. Astana city tour.  (80 km / 5-6 hours).

 Your guide and driver will meet you at your hotel in Astana. Start your guided Astana sightseeing tour from visiting Independence Square with gorgeous fountains, 91 meter high snow-white stele Kazakh Eli, Khazret Sultan Mosque, and Palace of Peace and Reconciliation. Cross Ishim River and continue sightseeing on the left bank of the river. Visit Bayterek monument to enjoy breath-taking panoramic view on the city on the top of the monument. Take a walk on Green Water Boulevard and visit the Round Square. At the end of the tour, visit shopping and entertainment center Khan Shatyr. Transfer to the hotel.

Day 3. Opening ceremony for World Nomad Games.  (20 km / 3-4 hours).

Breakfast in the hotel. By the time the games open, the guide and driver will meet you in the hotel lobby, transfer to the sports stadium.

The key feature of the World Nomad Games project is the trinity of sports, cultural and scientific programs. The interrelation of these components allows for a comprehensive study and global promotion of national ethnic sports and, in general, nomadic culture.

 Day 4. World Nomad Games.  (20 km / 3-4 hours).

Breakfast in the hotel. The guide and driver will meet you in the hotel lobby, transfer to the sports stadium.

As part of the sports program of the 5th World Nomad Games, competitions in 20 competitive and 10 demonstration sports are planned to be held in Astana. These include horse racing, national types of wrestling, traditional intellectual games, competitions in martial arts, traditional archery, national types of bird hunting, horse competitions, folk games, as well as demonstration performances in ethnic sports.

After Nomad Games transfer to the train station for departure to Almaty in train. Night in the train. (schedule will be open in 40 days before departure)

Day 5. Arrival in Almaty and city tour (80 km / 4-5 hours).

Arrival in Almaty city in the morning. Your guide will be waiting in train station and to start sightseeing tour of Almaty.

The excursion starts from Panfilov park, located in central-east Almaty in the area surrounding Zenkov Cathedral (built from wood and almost without a nail). The park is dedicated and named after the Panfilov Heros, 28 soldiers who died in WWII. In addition, you will visit the Republic Square and Museum of Almaty and National Museum. Excursion gives you a wonderful opportunity to be acquainted with the most beautiful mountains of Zailiyskiy Alatau, surrounding the city of Almaty. The first stop awaits you in the Medeo natural boundary, where you see the dam that protects the city from the devastating mudflows that form on the tops of the Western Tien Shan.

In the afternoon, you will have an opportunity to visit the observation deck on Mount Kok-Tobe. You will lift on the cable car and you will be able to see the evening Almaty. In the evening, chek-in hotel.

Day 6.  Almaty – Issyk lake – Almaty (160 km / 5-6 hours)

Your guide and driver will meet you at hotel lobby in Almaty. Depart Almaty and drive to Issyk lake. End route visit the main symbol of Kazakhstan the Tomb of the Golden Man. Continue drive to the lake. The road will go up to 1756m above sea level. Enjoy the view of the Natural Park and the Tian Shan mountains. Arrive at Issyk lake. Free time. In the afternoon, return to Almaty. Transfer to your hotel/place. End of the tour.

Day 7. Almaty – Charyn Canyon – Almaty (220 km / 5-6 hours).

Your guide and driver will meet you at hotel lobby in Almaty. Depart Almaty and drive to Charyn canyon. Arrive in canyon. Charyn Canyon is situated in the territory of the Charyn National Park which was laid out with the purpose to preserve natural and geological objects. The National park was founded on 23 February 2004. The Park territory is inhabited with a great number of rare and endangered animal species entered in the Red Book.

But the most famous area of unique interest in the Park is certainly Charyn Canyon. This picturesque indigenous locality impresses with its heavenly landscapes The Canyon depth is 200m. The height of the bluff mountains of the Canyon reaches 150-300m. The Canyon itself represents a monument of nature formed with sedimentary rocks aged more then 12 million years. The landscapes are virtually miraculous there. Charyn Canyon is getting scarlet, pink and orange colors at sunset when the sun is disappearing behind the horizon. There is quietude around, and the Charyn river bobbles washing against the cliffs can only be heard from below. This sight will leave nobody indifferent.

Have some time for picnic and rest. After that walk along canyon and enjoy its beautiful view. In the afternoon return to Almaty. Transfer to the hotel.

Day 1. Manas International Airport – Bishkek city – (30 km /40 min)

 Arrival in Bishkek you will be welcomed by our guide and transferred to Bishkek (early check-in is not included).

Today we start to explore the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek city.

City tour in Bishkek: the Monument of Kyrgyz National hero Manas, Kurmanjan Datka Monument, Oak Park, Opera and Ballet Theatre, and Victory square, dedicated to the world war II soviet heroes.

Day 2. Bishkek city – Chychkan (250 km /5 hours)

 Morning transfer to Chychkan canyon via Tuu Ashuu Pass. Spectacular views on the way. Photo stops and visits to the local people yurts. En route, you will have the possibilty to taste a local milk products.

Arrival at the evening time to the Chychkan canyon and accommodation in Oson motel (basic conditions, private facilities in each room).

The name of the Chychkan gorge translated from Kyrgyz means “a mouse”m and a lot of field really inhabit the area. There are also opportunities to see wild boars, mountain archers, ibex and eagles with the wingspans reaching 2,5 m higher in the gorges that origin from the Chychkan gorge. According to the locals the largest predator birds are able to lift lambs into the air.

 On the slopes of mountains surrounding the valley Chychkan there are juniper, spruce, wild blackberries and barberry among other species.  The natural world of the gorge is extraordinarily  diverse and exceptionally beautiful.  Chychkan is also famous for his honey.

Day 3. Chychkan – Osh city (440 km/ 8-9 hours)

 After breakfast we drive to Osh city. You will see beautiful Kokomeren river and Toktogul resevoir which is located on the largest path of the Naryn River, a northern tributary of the Syr Darya.  Spectacular views on the way. Photo stops. En route, we will have a stop in Uzgen city for the visit to local Karakhand historical complex (Minaret and Mausoleums). On arrival to Osh city we will have a sighseeing tour.

Osh is one of the oldest cities in Central Asia, a city where you can experience the real oriental flavor and come in contact with two very different and neighboring cultures: the Kyrgyz nomadic culture and the sedentary agricultural culture of the Fergana Valley.

All historical significance of Osh is concentrated in the Sulaiman-Too mountain, around which this ancient city is located. For many centuries Osh was an important part of the great Silk Road, and therefore another amazing side of the city is the famous Osh bazaar, which has existed for more than two thousand years and is located on the two sides of the Ak Buura River. There has always been a thriving trade and even now you can see the unique spirit of the oriental bazaar with your eyes, which is considered the most authentic bazaar in Central Asia.

 We start our sightseeing by Suleiman Too (mountain). Walk along the hill, visit the Historical Museum, praying caves, slide of wishes, Babur’s House and see a very old cementery on the slope of the hill. Follow the way of the famous pilgrimage route and go down the stairs.

Day 4. Osh city – Base Camp Achik-Tash (350 km/6 hours)

 Today we set off on a journey to the big mountains – Lenin Peak, to the Achik-Tash Base Camp (3600 m). Lunch on the road in a local family. Drive over the Taldyk pass(3615 m). Enjoy the view of the Great Glacier and Mountains around. Upon arrival accommodation at the Base Camp at the footstep of Lenin Peak (7139 m).

Before dinner, you have time to relax or those who wish can take a walk around the surroundings – there are many picturesque lakes around the camp

Dinner and overnight in tent/yurt camp on 3600m.

Day 5. Base Camp Achik-Tash – Tulpar-Kol lake – BC Achik-Tash

 We will leave the Base Camp “Achik-Tash”. Follow the trail along the stream past the green hills where herds of horses graze and cross the valley of the same name. At the edge of the valley, there is a beautiful view of the Alai Valley, beyond which you can see the pointed Alai ridge. Then we will cross the zhar – as the Kyrgyz call the yar, ravine. We will go down to the Achik-Tash River, cross the bridge and climb to the other side.

At this point, the trail turns into a dirt road. We will walk along it two hundred meters and see the purpose of the trip – Tulpar-Kol Lake. Let’s take a little more winding road. On the left there are yurts, on the right there is a mountain with a peak Obzorny. Nomad games are sometimes held between the yurts and the lake in a large clearing. We will take a walk near the lake, enjoy the beautiful scenery, the purest water. When we go back, we will see how Petrovsky Peak and Lenin Peak will rise in front of us, clinging to the clouds. We return by the same route, cross the river again and soon find ourselves in the camp. Delicious food and hospitality are waiting for us here.

Rest, dinner, overnight in the tents of the Base Camp.

Manas International Airport, flight to Osh city. Upon arrival to Osh International Airport, transfer to the city to start a sightseeing in Osh. Here we face with the second treasureSuleiman Too (mountain). Walk along the hill, visit the Historical Museum, praying caves, slide of wishes, Babur’s House and see a very old cementery on the slope of the hill. Follow the way of the famous pilgrimage route and go down the stairs.

Continuation of the city tour. Visit famous Kurmanjan and Alymbek datka museum, main square and Lenin’s monument, orthodox cathedral and finish at Osh bazaar walking along raws of different stuff, ending at the blacksmith worshops and jewelry section.

Accommodation in a hotel and free time.

Day 1. Bishkek (30 km / 35 min)

We start a sightseeing tour of Bishkek, which includes:

After breakfast, we drive to Chon-Kemin valley.

Burana Tower (ancient minaret)   is located in 12 km far from Tokmok town. The territory where the tower is located was called Balasagyn town. This town had the strategic meaning for Great Silk Road. Here you will see a small museum with exhibits found at excavations, providing more details about this ancient settlement, and become familiar with collection of Balbals, turkic grave marks.

 Today we take the direction to Karakol city via the north shore of beautiful Issyk Kul lake.

On the way you admire beautiful landscape and changing of scenery.

 En route, visit the Nomad Museum and Open-air Petroglyphs Museum.

The Nomad Museum is a must-visit destination for anyone seeking to immerse themselves in the rich cultural heritage of Kyrgyzstan. From the Altai nomadic exhibition to the cultural and ethnographic event, this museum offers a captivating journey into the past. Don’t miss the chance to explore the architectural marvels and learn about the fascinating history of the region.

Petroglyphs are dated back Sak-Usun period from 9-8 century up to 3-5 century AD. The territory where Petroglyphs are found lying below the Kungey Alatoo Mountains with a beautiful view of the lake.

Further drive to Karakol town.

Afternoon short sightseeing in Karakol. Visit of Dungan mosque and Russian Orthodox church.

Karakol was founded in 1869 as a Russian garrison, and grew rapidly as explorers passed through the town on their way deeper into the Tian Shan.

Day 4. Karakol – Djety Oguz gorge – Svetlaya Polyana – Kajy- Say (130 km/ 2-3 hours)

Today you drive to Kochkor village. En route visit Djety Oguz gorge with “Seven Bulls” and “Broken Heart” mountain formations. This picturesque gorge is named so because of the red rocky sand formations covered with forests of Tien Shan spruces. After the walk, we take the direction to the village of Svetlaya Popyana for visit to a «Komuz» maker.

Komuz is an ancient Kyrgyz three-stringed instrument, resembling a small guitar. It is a significant part of any Kyrgyz folk music group. The instrument is usually fully made from apricot or juniper.

The master will tell you and show you the process of making a musical instrument. We will also taste herbal tea with honey from our home apiary.

 Further drive to Kajy-Say village to the yurt camp or guest house.

Day 5. Kajy-Say – Canyon Skazka – Son Kul lake (285 km/5-6 hours)

 After breakfast visit Skazka Canyon which is one of the

most stunning places in Kyrgyzstan, a canyon filled with fantastical sandstone shapes that give the spot its name, which means fairytale in Russian. Over millennia of erosion, the red sandstone has taken on forms that some say resemble animals, landmarks, or characters from legends.

Then we drive back to Son Kul lake via Kalmak Ashuu pass (3447 m).

Lunch in Kochkor village.

Alpine Son Kul Lake is located on Tien Shan range at the elevation of 3016 m. The territory around Son Kul is a pasture for the cattle driven from Kochkor village, Naryn and Jumgal regions. During the summer Son Kul pasture is considered to be the best Kyrgyz jailoo. The road to the lake goes through the windy mountain passes and vanishes in the sky. As a result, Son Kul Lake from Kyrgyz language translates as “Last Lake”.

Day 6. Son Kul lake – Naryn town (150 km /2.5-3   hours)

Today we drive to the most mountainous province in Kyrgyzstan – Naryn province via the Moldo Ashuu pass (3200 m). Naryn is known for some of the best meat and traditional Kyrgyz dishes in the country.

Overnight in the hotel.

Day 7. Naryn – Kel Suu lake (150 km/5-6 hours)

After breakfast, start driving towards to the next treasure of Kyrgyzstan – Kel Suu lake.

The distance is relatively short, but the conditions of the road delay the arrival.

Arrival to Kel Suu in the late afternoon. The camp will be installed to your arrival, all infrustructure ready/ pick up you r tent and get comfortable.

Some free time in the evening to explore the area before dinner.

Remote even by Kyrgyzstan standards, the magnificent Kel Suu lake stretches over 10 km through a sheer mountain gorge that reaches nearly to the Chinese border. Kel Suu means “incoming water” in Kyrgyz, and indeed, sometimes the lake disappears, flowing into underground caves and grottoes, so please be aware that not everybody has the chance to see the lake.

Day 8. Kel Suu lake – Naryn town (on foot 8 km / 2-3 hours one way) (drive 150 km / 3,5 hours)

Today you explore the secret of Kyrgyzstan – Kel Suu. From the tents camp to the lake you can walk or drive up as it takes about 2-3 hours on foot. Level of difficulty only prescribed by the altitude (3200-3300 m asl), walking terrain is not challenging, but you need proper hiking boots. Spend time in the area, have lunch boxes on the shore and enjoy your time exploring this treasure.

At the evening we load our stuff into the car and continue the way to Naryn town. Late evening arrival to Naryn and get accommodated at the hotel. Overnight.

Day 9. Naryn town – Bishkek city (350 km / 5 hours)

After breakfast explore the area. walk around to check the nature around Naryn town and drive back to Bishkek city.

Arrival to Bishkek, check in into the hotel.

 In mattinata trasferimento al lago Issyk Kul.

Lungo la strada, vicino alla città di Tokmok, visiteremo il complesso archeologico di Burana.  Escursione al famoso monumento UNESCO, conoscenza della storia della Grande Via della Seta. Pranzo con una famiglia locale vicino a Burana.

Inoltre, il nostro percorso si snoda attraverso la Boom Gorge fino al lago Issyk Kul, il secondo lago d’alta quota più grande del mondo.

All’arrivo nella città di Cholpon Ata, visiteremo il “giardino roccioso” – il museo all’aperto dei petroglifi.  La data del disegno dei petroglifi si riferisce al periodo Sako-Usun dall’VIII secolo a.C. al III-IV secolo d.C.

Visiteremo anche il complesso Rukh-Ordo, che presenta vari aspetti culturali che caratterizzano il Kirghizistan e che sono riconosciuti e venerati da tutto il mondo. In serata sistemazione in pensione in riva al lago.

Giorno 3. Città di Cholpon Ata – Valle di Karkyra.  (190 km / 3-4 ore).

Dopo la colazione, proseguiamo lungo la sponda settentrionale del lago Issyk Kul fino alla regione di Tyup, dove svoltiamo nella valle di Karkyra.  Il nostro obiettivo è il tratto Char Kuduk, dove si trova l’esclusivo campo di yurte Ak-Sai Travel.

Sistemazione in yurte con doccia e servizi igienici.  Pranzo e cena al campo. Tempo libero.

Nel campo sono disponibili passeggiate lungo la gola e il fiume, lungo i pendii e le colline più vicine. Puoi andare a cavallo (a pagamento), ordinare una sauna vicino al fiume o semplicemente sederti accanto al fuoco della sera.

La sera, prima di cena, vedremo il processo di preparazione del tradizionale pane nomade – boorsok.

Giorno 4. Valle del Karkyra – Città di Karakol.  (120 km / 3 ore).

Trasferimento nella città di Karakol. Lungo la strada, ci fermeremo nella zona del villaggio di Tepke, dove visiteremo un allevamento di cavalli dove i cavalli vengono addestrati per le corse.

Tour della fattoria e spettacolo di cavalli all’ippodromo.

Più avanti lungo la strada vicino a Karakol, visiteremo il museo del grande esploratore russo del continente asiatico Nikolai Mikhailovich Przhevalsky, e nella stessa Karakol faremo un’escursione alla moschea Dungan e alla chiesa cristiana.

Cena con la famiglia uigura. Questa cena è unica, poiché avremo l’opportunità di imparare a cucinare il tradizionale piatto uiguro Laghman.

Sistemazione in albergo. Riposo.

Giorno 5. Città di Karakol – gola di Jety Oguz – Barskoon – canyon di Skazka – villaggio di Kaji Say (200 km / 3 ore).

Al mattino continuiamo il nostro viaggio intorno al lago Issyk Kul e ci dirigiamo verso la costa meridionale.

Il nostro percorso si trova nella gola di Jety Oguz per esplorare la zona e una facile passeggiata.  Saliamo al pascolo Kok Zhaiyk e camminiamo fino alla cascata Maiden Braids (1,5 ore, 1,5 km solo andata, salita 200 m)

Successivamente, trasferimento alla gola di Barskoon, dove ci sarà anche l’opportunità di camminare fino a una piccola cascata + vedere il busto e il memoriale in memoria di Yuri Gagarin.

Dopo Barskoon andiamo a Kaji Sai e ancora una volta ci fermiamo nello scenario del pianeta Marte, e camminiamo lungo il piccolo canyon “Fairy Tale”.

In serata arrivo a Kaji Say e sistemazione in hotel.  Cena e riposo.

Giorno 6. Villaggio Kaji Say – Lago Son Kul (270 km / 5-6 ore)

Al mattino continuiamo il nostro viaggio e ci spostiamo in direzione ovest. Vicino al villaggio di Bokonbaevo incontreremo un cacciatore con un’aquila reale. Assisteremo a una dimostrazione di addestramento e caccia, impareremo di più sull’aquila e sui principi per allevarlo e faremo foto con il volatile.

Dopo la dimostrazione di caccia, proseguiamo attraverso il villaggio di Kochkor, la valle di Kilemchi e il passo Kalmak Ashuu e arriviamo al lago alpino Son Kul.

Son Kul si trova sulla cresta del Tien Shan ad un’altitudine di 3016 m L’area intorno a Son Kul è un pascolo per il bestiame portato dal villaggio di Kochkor, così come da altri villaggi delle regioni di Naryn e Jumgal.  In estate, il pascolo di Son Kul è considerato il miglior jailoo del Kirghizistan.  Il lago Son Kul dalla lingua kirghisa è tradotto come “Last Lake”.

Arrivo alla costa meridionale di Son Kul e sistemazione in un campo di yurte.

Tempo libero per passeggiate lungo il lago o sulle colline dove si possono trovare veri e propri petroglifi.

Giorno 7. Lago Son Kul – città di Bishkek (350 km / 5-6 ore).

Al mattino facciamo colazione e prima di partire vedremo un’altra tradizione interessante: l’installazione di un’abitazione nomade chiamata Yurt. La yurta è un oggetto unico del patrimonio della cultura nomade, che è stato migliorato nel corso di molti secoli ed è sopravvissuto fino ad oggi in una forma autentica. I residenti locali ti mostreranno e ti diranno in cosa consiste una yurta, come installarla e chiederanno persino aiuto in questa faccenda non complicata, ma molto eccitante.

Quindi torniamo nella capitale. Guidiamo intorno al lago Son Kul, fino al passo KalmakAshuu, attraverso la valle Kilemchi torniamo a Kochkorka e oltre attraverso il passo Kuvaky fino a Boom e alla valle Chui.

Arrivo a Bishkek e sistemazione in hotel. Tempo libero prima di cena e trasferimento al ristorante.

Questa è l’ultima cena in nostra compagnia dove possiamo rilassarci e ricordare tutte le avventure che abbiamo vissuto.

Riposo in hotel prima del volo di ritorno.

In primo luogo, guideremo verso il parco naturale Ala Archa per una passeggiata leggera, rilassandoci e incontrando la natura del Kirghizistan. Dopo la camminata, si ritorna a Bishkek per un tour della città di mezza giornata. Visita la piazza Ala Too, il monumento Kurmanzhan Datka, i principali edifici governativi, la piazza vecchia con la sede del parlamento e il monumento di Lenin.

Giorno 2. Bishkek – valle di Chon Kemin (170 km / 3 hours).

Dopo colazione, In un’ora di auto si arriva alla Torre di Burana (sito UNESCO) vicino alla città di Tokmok.

Pranzo in una famiglia kazaka nella città di Tokmok.

Dopo pranzo, si prosegue per la valle di Chon Kemin.

All’arrivo, si alloggia nella guest house “Kemin”.

2) Noleggiare cavalli e cavalcare fino alle montagne più vicine (costo extra).

Giorno 3. Valle di Chon Kemin – Lago Issyk Kul (180 km / 3 hours).

Dopo la colazione, si prosegue per il lago Issyk Kul attraverso la gola Boom e verso la sponda settentrionale del lago Issyk Kul.

Pranzo in un caffè locale della città di Cholpon Ata.

Qui abbiamo diverse opzioni visite:

1) Sito di petroglifi all’aperto.

2) Museo Storico Locale.

Dopo le escursioni, si guida fino all’hotel per l alloggio in un area  resort con spa, piscina, complesso sportivo in riva del lago Issyk Kul .

Giorno 4. Lago Issyk Kul – Valle di Karkyra(200 km / 3-4 hours).

Continua a guidare lungo la riva nord del lago Issyk Kul.

Oggi raggiungiamo una bellissima area al confine con il Kazakistan – Karkyra. Qui ci fermiamo al campo di yurta struttura di lusso con servizi privati.

Qui abbiamo il tempo di esplorare la zona camminando lungo il canyon su e giù, salire sulla collina più vicina per una vista panoramica, si può andare a cavallo o in mountain bike o semplicemente sederci vicino al fiume con un bel libro.

Giorno 5. Valle di Karkyra – città di Karakol (120 km / 3 hours).

 Trasferimento nella città di Karakol. Durante il tragitto visita all’allevamento di cavalli Tepke. Pranzo ed escursione in fattoria.

Qui vediamo cavalli da corsa locali, ammiriamo panorami, caminetti e giardini.

Continua in auto dopo l’escursione alla città di Karakol.

Visita il Museo di N. M. Przhevalski sulla strada per Karakol, quindi la moschea di Dungan, un edificio unico nello stile, pagoda cinese che fino ad ora funziona come moschea, la Chiesa ortodossa russa della Santissima Trinità costruita in legno all’interno della città di Karakol.

Giorno 6. Città di Karakol – gola di Djety Oguz – villagio di Bokonbae – villagio di Kochkor (250 km / 5 hours).

Dopo la colazione, guida alla gola di Djety Oguz per ammirare i paesaggi e fare alcune foto.

All’inizio della gola dovrai affrontare una famosa “Broken Heart Rock”. Salendo ulteriormente verso il panorama, vedrai quelle famose rocce dei sette tori.

Si guida sino al villaggio di Bokonbaev. Arrivo e pranzo in casa di una famiglia locale.

Prosegui verso il villaggio di Kochkor.

Giorno 7. Villagio di Kochkor – citta di Bishkek (250 km / 5 hours).

Al mattino visitiamo la cooperativa locale delle donne con i loro  i prodotti in vendita. Il negozio-museo di souvenir è uno dei più popolari nel nostro paese.

Ritorno alla città di Bishkek attraverso il passo Kuvaky e una vista spettacolare sul serbatoio d’acqua Ort o Tokoi.

Pranzo lungo il percorso.

Arrivo a Bishkek. Visita il grande magazzino ZUM per gli ultimi acquisti (se necessario), l’alloggio in un hotel e pronto per l’ultima cena.

Cena in un ristorante locale con spettacolo folcloristico.

Day 1. Airport – Bishkek – Issyk Kul Lake (260 km)

Meeting at the airport (hotel upon arrival is not included) and transfer to Issyk-Kul along the Northern shore. On the way you will visit the Burana Tower (XI – XII ) – the minaret of the ancient town Balasagun. Continue driving to Issyk-Kul. It is the second largest alpine lake in the world (1600 m. above sea level). Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2. Issyk Kul Lake – Karakol (170 km)

After breakfast transfer to Karakol. On the way, a visit to an open air museum of petroglyphs (V BC – VIII AD). Sightseeing tour on arrival at Karakol: visit to Russian Orthodox Church, the Dungan mosque which is built without using a single metal nail, and the museum of M.V. Prejvalsky. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3. Karakol – Jety-Oguz gorge – Bokonbaevo (250 km)

Continue drive along the north shore of Issyk Kul Lake.

Today we reach beautiful area at the border with Kazakhstan – Karkara. Here we stop at the luxury yurt camp with private facilities.
Here we have time to explore the area walking along the canyon up and down, climb up closest hill to see panoramic view, ride horse or mountain bike. Up to you and your preferences.
Lunch and dinner in Karkara Yurt camp.

Day 5. Karkara valley – Karakol town. 120 km / 3 hours

Optionally: early morning helicopter excursion to the south Inylchek glacier. The best highlight of Kyrgyzstan and very deep impression for all life. (only july-august)

Transfer to Karakol town. En route visit Tepke horse farm. Lunch and excursion around the farm.
Here we see local racing horse, admire views, bone fire place and gardens.
Continue drive after excursion to Karakol town.

Visit Museum of N. M. Przhevalski on the way to Karakol, then Dungan mosque a unique building in a style of the Chinese pagoda which is functioning mosque up to now and Russian Orthodox Holy Trinity Church built of wood inside Karakol town.

After breakfast, drive to Djety Oguz gorge to admire the landscapes and to make some photos. At the beginning of the gorge you will face a famous “Broken Heart Rock”. Walking up further to panorama you will see those famous Seven Bulls rocks.
Then we drive to Barskaun gorge for excursion to famous waterfalls. Lunch picnic.
After excursion drive to Skazka gorge to see beautiful panorama of Issyk kul from the gorge.
Evening arrival to KadjiSay village.

Day 3 Cholpon Ata town – Karakol town

After restful morning you will have boat cruise at Issyk Kul lake (optionally). You will be inspired by captivating view of the lake surrounded by mountains. Great opportunity to take thousands of memorable pictures.
Later you have a check out and start drive in direction to Karakol town. Upon arrival accommodation at a local hotel.
In the afternoon you will visit Dungan mosque a unique building in a style of the Chinese pagoda which is functioning mosque up to now.
Also, you will visit Russian Orthodox Holy Trinity Church built of wood without a single nail used.

Day 4 Karakol town – Djety Oguz gorge – Karkara gorge

After breakfast check out and start drive to Djety Oguz gorge. Djety Oguz from Kyrgyz language is translated as Seven Bulls. At the beginning of the gorge you will face a famous Broken Heart Rock. Walking up further to panorama you will see those famous Seven Bulls rocks. In Soviets, there was a sanatorium built in the gorge.
After walk you start dive to Karkara gorge.
On the Upon arrival accommodation in yurts.

Day 5 Karkara gorge – Charyn Canyon – Almaty city

In the morning, after breakfast you start drive to Almaty via Charyn Canyon. On the way you pass Kazakh – Kyrgyz border (Kegen outpost, open from 09:00 till 18:00) your guide will help you with all formalities.
Further, you drive to Charyn Canyon.
The Canyon has been described as the Grand Canyon’s little brother. It is approximately 150 km long, and, in places up to 300 meters deep.
One area of particular interest is an area of 2 km called the Valley of Castles.
Later, you continue drive to the city of Almaty. Upon arrival accommodation at a local hotel.
Overnight. 320 km / 6 hours

 

Day 6 Almaty city

After a restful morning you start sightseeing tour.
Your excursion starts from the Panfilov’s Park with Zenkov’s Orthodox Cathedral.
Continue sightseeing tour at Zelonniy Bazar (Green Bazaar), Independence Monument on Republic Square.
After lunch visit of Medeo gorge.
In the eveining visit of Kok Tube hill on cable car.

Day 7 Almaty city – Tamgaly – Almaty city

After breakfast you start drive to Tanbaly Petroglyphs Site.
Tanbaly petroglyphs site one of the most famous archeological object in the world, which was included into the list of UNESCO in 2004. There are 2000 petroglyphs that split on 7 groups, 5 big and 2 small. Most of them date back to the Bronze Age, but it is possible to find famous Scythian “beast” style petroglyphs (mountain goats, celestial horses, sacred bulls etc.) More over at the area you can find ancient burial mounds surrounded by stones. Tanbaly complex shows huge interest to the archeological society and keep study every year by the sientist all over the world.

Day 8 Almaty city – Airport

Breakfast at the hotel or breakfast boxes. Transfer to the airport. Flight back home.

Arrive in Tashkent. You will be met by driver and transferred to the hotel. Check in to the hotel at noon. Visit Old City part of Tashkent with Khast-Imom Complex where the world famous Quran of Caliph Uthman – Ottoman has been preserved. In Khast-Imom visit Madrasah of Barak-Khan, Tilla Sheikh Mosque, Mausoleum of the Saint Abu Bakr Kaffal Shashi and the Islamic Institute of Imam al-Bukhari. Explore Chor-Su Bazaar. Then take a ride on Tashkent Metro to city center to visit Applied Arts Museum and walk through Navoi Theater to Amir Timur Square where you will end Tashkent city tour. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Tashkent – Samarkand 

At 07:00 transfer from your hotel to railway station. Fast-speed train “Afrosiyob” departs Tashkent at 08:00 and arrives in Samarkand at 10:10 (300 km). Your guide and driver will meet you at train station to begin the city tour in Samarkand. Day 4: Samarkand – Bukhara 

In the morning depart Samarkand and drive to Bukhara (280 km, 4 h.*). On the way stop at Rabati-Malik Caravanserai. Continue driving. Arrive in Bukhara, check in to the hotel.

Spend your afternoon in fascinating Old Bukhara which is listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. Explore Kalyan Minaret, Kalyan Mosque and Miri-Arab Madrasah, Magoki-Attori Mosque, madrasahs of Ulugbek and Abdulazizkhan, trade domes, Lyabi Hauz Ensemble, Chor-Minor Madrasah. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 5: Bukhara 

Start the second day in Bukhara discovering Ark Fortress, Bolo-Khauz Mosque, Samani dynasty and Chashma-Ayub mausoleums. Day 6: Bukhara – Ayaz Kala Yurt Camp  

In the morning depart from Bukhara and drive to Ayaz Kala Yurt Camp (480 km, 7-8 h.*). The contemporary highway goes through the Kyzylkum Desert duplicating the historical Great Silk Road **. On the way, you will stop to enjoy views of the desert and Amudarya River. Arrival and accommodation in a yurt. After, dinner and rest time. Overnight in the yurt.

*It is advised to take lunch-boxes for this trip.

Day 7: Ayaz Kala Yurt Camp – Ancient Fortress Ayaz Kala – Khiva 

You will start with Ayaz-Kala, one of the largest fortresses of Ancient Khorezm that reached us from the 2nd century AD when Kushan Empire prospered. Ayaz-Kala was neither a city nor a settlement; it was a fortress complex where nearly 19 centuries ago border protecting groups of Kushan dynasty settled down. After you will be transferred to the Kyzylkum Desert (150 km 1,5-2 hours) to continue visiting the archaeological monuments of Ancient Khorezm: you will visit Kyzyl-Kala – a unique monument of Ancient Khorezm architecture relevant to Kushan-Afrigid period of antique history, Toprak-Kala – ancient settlement which was the capital of Khorezm in the 3rd century AD. Toprak-Kala is called “the museum of fine arts of Ancient Khorezm”. It is the only completely dug out monument of architecture of Khorezm. Its sizes and genius architectural design wonder not only tourists, but archeologists also. There is a legend that there was a tunnel connecting Toprak-Kala and Kyzyl-Kala. Kyzyl-Kala was a means of protection. After, transfer to Khiva (150 km, 1,5-2 h). Check in to the hotel. Free time. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 8: Khiva – Urgench – Tashkent  

Check-out from hotel till noon. Today you will visit Ichan-Kala Fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The tour features visits to Mukhammad Amin Khan Madrasah, Mukhammad Rahimkhan Madrasah, Kalta Minor, Juma Mosque, Toshkhovli Palace, Pakhlavan Makhmud Mausoleum and Islom Khodja Minaret, the highest minaret in Uzbekistan.

Free time in the afternoon. In the evening you will be transferred to Urgench airport (30 km, 35 min.) for flight to Tashkent (1093 km, 1 h. 40 min.). Upon arrival transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 9: Tashkent – Andizhan – Osh 

At 07:00 transfer to the train station. Take train №60 departing to Andizha at 08:05. Arrive in Andizhan afternoon. Meet the driver and transfer to Uzbek-Kyrgyz border “Dostuk”. After border formalities meeting with Kyrgyz guide and driver. Transfer to hotel. Rest and overnight.

Day 10: Osh – Arslanbob (190 km) 

After breakfast, first will be city tour in Osh city. Visit of Sulaiman Too with Historical cave Museum and local market.

After excursions drive to Arslanbob village. On the way excursion to Uzgen Town.

Day 11: Full day in Arslanbob 

Full day you will explore the biggest in the world walnut forest and local small, but extremely beautiful waterfall. Light walk or horse ride to around the area, enjoying the nature, incredible views, meeting people from local Uzbek communities. Meals nd overnight at homestay.

Full day driving to Sary Chelek Nature Reserve via beautiful mountain passes and close to the biggest river in the country – Naryn river.

Spend the full day at the Sary Chelek Natural Reserve. Walk around and see local famous 6 lakes.

After breakfast we start way to Chychkan gorge. Way will go through the biggest reservoir near Toktogul town. Upon arrival accommodation in a small motel. Free time.

Day 15 Chychkan gorge – Bishkek (250 km) 

After breakfast we start way to the capital of Kyrgyzstan – Bishkek city via Suusamyr valley.

Afternoon city tour in Bishkek. Visit Ala Too Square, Manas Monument, Kurmanzhan Datka Monument, main governmental buildings, Old Square with Parliament House and Lenin’s Monument, Frunze museum (closed on Monday).

Transfer to the Victory Square to finish the city tour by short excursion there.

Overnight in the hotel.

Day 16: Bishkek – Bokonbaevo (280 km) 

After breakfast we start way to South shore of Issyk Kul lake – Bokonbaevo village.

First of all one hour drive to Tokmok town to visit Burana Tower historical complex for excursion, that also lasts 1 hour.

That minaret was constructed in Balasagun town; one of the capitals of Karakhanid State existed in 12 centuries AD. Also watch a collection of Balbals, Turkic ancient tombs.

Upon arrival free time to explore the village.

Dinner and overnight in local family.

Day 17: Bokonbaevo – Karakol town (200 km) 

After breakfast fist will be eagle hunting demonstration. After show we drive to Karakol town.

Excursion to Skazka gorge and Djety Oguz gorges.

Upon arrival to Karakol will be short city tour – Dungan Mosque, Holy Trinity Church, Victory Park.

Overnight in a hotel.

Day 18: Altyn Arashan BL

In the morning we change our vehicle to the big Russian military car (not a tank ) and drive to Altyn Arashan canyon.

Road condition pretty bad, so we spend 2 hours driving 20 km.

Incredibly beautiful canyon opens to everyone its colors and hypnotizing to stay here forever.

Optionally: take hot springs bath.

Late afternoon transfer back to Karakol town. Overnight in a hotel.

Day 19: Karakol – Bishkek (400 km) 

After breakfast we start way back to Bishkek city. Road will go via North shore of Issyk kul lake.

Visit of Cholopon Ata Ethnographical Museum and Petroglyphs Open air Museum.

Evening arrival to Bishkek to your hotel.
