While many choose to escape winter in warmer climates, why not immerse yourself in a true winter wonderland right here at home?

It’s the perfect time to gather your family or bring along friends for a refreshing getaway, away from everyday life, but with all the warmth and comfort you need. Rekindle the joy of winter vacations—remember the excitement of each fresh snowfall, catching snowflakes on your tongue, skillfully building snowmen, and simply loving winter for what it is. Stock up on snowballs for an epic snowball fight and defend your snow fortress! The winner takes a well-deserved victory lap on a snowmobile!

In addition to snowmobiling, the truly daring can take on the challenge of diving into a snowdrift and digging themselves out, followed by rescuing the driver… and maybe even the snowmobile. After rolling in the snow, warm up in a cozy yurt with hot tea in the company of friends. For dinner, enjoy the chef’s specialty—our most delicious pilaf!

Itinerary

Day 1 (Bishkek/Almaty – Karkyra, 8/5 hours):

In the morning, transfer from Bishkek/Almaty to Karkyra. The route passes along the northern shore of Lake Issyk-Kul. We recommend stopping for lunch (not included in the program cost) or bringing a snack for the road. Dinner upon arrival at the yurt camp is included in the program. We suggest packing warm, waterproof clothing and footwear, along with an extra set of clothes in case of wet weather, as mountain temperatures are always colder than in the city. Accommodation in yurts, free time, and dinner. Heated yurts with all amenities inside.

Day 2 (Karkyra):

After breakfast, enjoy a free day to engage in any activities of your choice:

Snowmobiling (included in the program cost)
Hiking and snowshoeing – equipment should be brought by yourself (rental available in Bishkek: Ski Land, Ski House, Union of Hiking Tourism, etc.)
Winter fun (snowball fights, sledding, snowman building, tubing)

If you prefer a quiet retreat, there are plenty of ways to relax at the camp:

Books, chess, checkers, cards, and other board games for children and adults, songs with a guitar, knitting, drawing, arts, and crafts.
Nomad games (alchiki, tyak-tartysh, besh tash)
Culinary masterclass on making talkan, chak-chak, or boorsok, as per the chef’s choice (included in the program)
Sauna and plunge pool

Lunch and dinner will be served at scheduled times, and for those planning to be away from the camp for the day, a lunchbox will be provided.

Dinner will feature pilaf by the chef, followed by an evening program with a movie screening and board games.

Day 3 (Karkyra – Bishkek/Almaty, 8/5 hours):

Breakfast, followed by free time for relaxation. Lunch at the camp. Departure to Bishkek/Almaty.
