It is in a modernized, refurbished building with good security, can cater for up to 29 people in 12 rooms \u2013 and up to 20 more in yurts during the summer months.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 has comfortable wooden beds in every room<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 has modern and clean showers<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 has clean and modern toilets<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 has hot water provided by our own specially installed heaters<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 has an emergency electric generator in case of power failure<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 has a TV room with a selection of English and Russian language videos, and satellite TV<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 has telephone and fax facilities with international dialing<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 has a computer with internet access<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 provides a menu designed to appeal to Western guests and local dishes are also available<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 has sample parking space for cars, minibuses etc.<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 has a small, friendly staff<br \/>\n&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 has additional accommodation in yurts during the summer season.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rooms:<\/strong> there are 12 rooms:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Two \u201cExecutive\u201d rooms \u2013 with en-suite shower and toilet, TV and video. One has a double bed and the other has two twin beds<\/li>\n<li>One standard room with a double bed<\/li>\n<li>Four standard rooms with two twin bed<\/li>\n<li>Five standard rooms with three single beds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the summer months there are also seven yurts, one with 2 single beds, and the rest with three single beds.<br \/>\nPrices include evening meal and breakfast \u2013 and standard rooms are priced based on occupancy, (single occupancy, two or three people occupying a room). Prices in yurts are per person. Children under 5 years \u2013 free, children aged 5-15 half price.
