There are a lot of glacial lakes around. In summer, the water in the lake warms up well thanks to the scorching sun, which makes it possible to swim with pleasure. Achik-Tash base camp is a tent camp.<\/p>\n<p>Meals at Base Camp are three times a day. There is a stable mobile connection in the camp, which is a great achievement, connecting our camp with the rest of the world. The camp has a bar, a shop, a rental office for sports equipment, a bathhouse, a possibility of refilling gas cartridges and a storage room.<\/p>\n<p>The Advanced Base Camp (A.B.C.) is located on the left bank moraine of the glacier at an altitude of 4400m. under the northern slopes of Lenin Peak. Climbers live in spacious double tents. The dining room is located in a large tent with a capacity of 100 people. In A.B.C. There is a well-trained team (including a doctor) working to ensure your safe ascent. All ascents are coordinated by a professional camp team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to get there\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Option 1. (common one): Take one-hour flight to Osh town and travel to BC by road. This option is relatively cheap and reasonably quick.<\/p>\n<p>Option 2. (exotic one): By car, travel from Bishkek to the Achik-Tash Base Camp &#8211; drive north to south across Kyrgyzstan over all mountain passes and gorges. This one puts into immediate touch with beauty and adventure of mountain roads, gets acquainted with interesting people including Kyrgyz traffic policemen, frontier servants and etc. This one can be recommended to bigger groups, having large amount of luggage and time to travel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Accommodation conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>p\/l &#8220;Achik-Tash&#8221; offers more than 20 tents for accommodation of tourists (up to 2 people per tent).<\/li>\n<li>The camp offers a separate indoor warm two-story dining room with a capacity of 160 people, with a separate bar, shop and lounge area.
