Hoy, en los marcos de nuestro proyecto Travel Discover Help, hicimos una excursión en la institución de educación superior “Manás”. Esta es una universidad fundada conjuntamente por Kirguistán y Turquía.

La exposición internacional FITUR, que tiene lugar anualmente en Madrid, es el primer evento turístico más grande del año.

La pasada jornada, organizamos una visita a un concierto ofrecido por el Teatro de Danza de San Petersburgo «Tentación» para nuestros mejores estudiantes de los cursos de inglés del orfanato de Voenno  Antonovka. Es muy interesante  que el fundador de este teatro es un compatriota nuestro de Kirguistán, que todos los años vuelve a su tierra con un nuevo espectáculo.

«El 25 de enero, nuestra excursión con nuestros pupilos del orfanato de Voenno-Antonovska en los marcos del proyecto “Viaja, descubre, ayuda” fue muy útil y muy divertida, es decir, fuimos a una sesión de capacitación en Utimate Frisbee.

Ultimate Frisbee es un deporte bastante nuevo en nuestro país, pero que está ganando muchísima popularidad entre los jóvenes. Este es un juego de equipo muy cercano al fútbol por su velocidad y coordinación . Hoy en el entrenamiento, nuestros muchachos conocieron el instrumento principal o «disco» que también llaman Frisbee. Luego nos dividimos en varios grupos donde podíamos practicar los tres tipos principales de disparos o pases.

 

Este juego es solo posible jugar en equipo. Habiendo dominado las reglas básicas, los chicos pudieron mostrar muy buenos resultados en la segunda parte del entrenamiento.

El juego demostró una vez más a nuestros muchachos lo importante que es estar unidos y actuar como un solo organismo en la arena, y por supuesto, al establecer un paralelismo con la vida, tratamos de transmitirles que en la vida es muy difícil estar solos, solo juntos y no separados podremos lograr resultados en cualquier campo.

Este ha sido otro viaje muy memorable en el proyecto Viaja, descubre, ayuda”.

El jueves pasado se llevó a cabo el ya tradicional torneo de mini-fútbol entre orfanatos e internados.

El fin de semana pasado, nuestro equipo del proyecto Travel Discover Help junto con nuestros niños del orfanato de Voenno-Antonovska realizó otro viaje a Karakol, en la región de Issyk-Kul.

Asistieron al viaje 31 personas, entre ellas 26 niños de los grados 6 a 9, quienes participaron activamente en todas nuestras reuniones, clases y aprendiendo inglés, proporcionados en nuestro concepto de «La Maleta Verde».

Durante todo el viaje fuimos acompañados de un clima maravilloso. Nuestra primera parada fue en la casa del artesano Almaz, en el pueblo de Kyzyl-Tuu en la orilla sur del lago Issyk-Kul. Almaz y su familia se dedican a la fabricación de yurtas o «Boz ui», las viviendas nacionales de los nómadas, que han utilizado durante siglos hasta nuestros días. Almaz se complació en contarles a los niños todas las complejidades y matices de su oficio, luego los niños pudieron practicar el ensamblaje de la yurta con sus propias manos. Nuestra siguiente parada fue en casa de un real “berkutchi” en el pueblo de Kaji-sai, donde nos presentaron a los perros de la raza «Taigan»  y galgos rusos y, por supuesto, el propio Berkut, con elementos de caza real, solo en lugar de presas vivas, el cazador demostró el proceso de caza con una piel de chacal preparada para el objetivo.

Luego fuimos a la ciudad de Karakol, donde ya nos esperaba una deliciosa cena y una cama reconfortante.

A la mañana siguiente, fuimos primero al Museo de N.M. Przhevalsky, luego al Museo de Kussein Karaseev, donde los chicos conocieron a estos dos científicos destacados en la geografía, zoología y filología, que hicieron una gran contribución a la cultura de nuestra tierra.

Luego regresamos a la ciudad donde hicimos una excursión primero a la mezquita Dungan, y luego a la iglesia ortodoxa de la Santísima Trinidad, que son las principales atracciones de la ciudad de Karakol. Después de un delicioso almuerzo en casa de una familia local, nuevamente salimos de la ciudad hacia el pintoresco desfiladero Jeti-Oguz. La primera parada fue en el acantilado del «Corazón Roto», donde los chicos escucharon una de las leyendas de este lugar, luego, conduciendo un poco más, subimos la colina desde donde se abre una vista impresionante de las rocas «Jeti Oguz” o siete toros. Allí, en el sitio, dividimos a los muchachos en dos equipos y organizamos una verdadera batalla de invierno en bolas de nieve sobre cómo el clima lo permitía, de acuerdo con las reglas inicialmente INJUSTAS, donde un equipo tenía más oportunidades y libertad para moverse que el otro. El propósito de este juego era mostrar y tocar el tema «No hay justicia» sobre lo que tuvimos una discusión después del juego.

Después de los juegos activos al aire libre, regresamos a Karakol, para una deliciosa cena.

El tercer día, el día de la partida, regresamos a casa, pero esta vez a lo largo de la costa norte del lago, donde nuestra aventura continuó antes de llegar a la aldea de Chon Orukt, visitamos las aguas termales, donde los chicos pudieron retozar libremente en las piscinas limpias y cálidas. Es interesante observar cómo los niños pueden disfrutar la ocasión. Parecía por un momento que el verano volvía a ser caluroso.

Fue un fin de semana muy ocupado en el proyecto Travel Discover Help. Nuestros tutelados recordarán este viaje por el resto de sus vidas, como ellos mismos nos hicieron saber.

Después de 3 años del proyecto Travel Discover Help, nosotros, como nuestros pupilos, no nos quedamos quietos, también estamos desarrollando y ajustando nuestra dirección para que los fondos y la energía que gastamos para estos tipos no se agoten.

Vemos el enorme beneficio de este trabajo, que puede ser juzgado por el cambio, aunque no significativo, de las vidas de muchos niños. Este es un trabajo largo y difícil, y no tenemos la intención de descansar en nuestros laureles.

This is a five star hotel located in a southern part of the city in 10 minute drive from the city center and 30 minute drive from the mountain resort Chymbulak. There is a great view of the Tien Shan Mountains from the rooms of the hotel.

Royal tulip offers 165 spacious and very well equipped rooms, 111 standard rooms, 44 lux rooms, 4 deluxe, 5 executive suits and 1 presidential suit room.

Hotel offers 1 big ballroom with a maximum capacity of 1500 people. Also there are three conference and board rooms for different types of meetings, which are fully equipped with all necessary conference technique.

*advantages

Royal tulip was opened in 2013 and this is one of the best high class and one of the biggest hotels in Almaty. Hotel offers a great variety of rooms and has good conference facilities. This is one and only hotel with fully equipped ball room for 1500 people in the city.

*disadvantages

Hotel located not in the city center, so you will spend more time for transfers to the city center. And for your information there is a very heavy traffic in the city center during the working days.

Rixos 5*

*location

Five star hotel Rixos located in the center of the city Almaty and it is one of the biggest and luxurious hotels of Almaty. It is located nearby the historical sights of the city. And it is easy to get to any part of the city from the hotel.

*accommodation

Hotel offers 262 lux rooms and 2 presidential suits and there is a french balcony in each room. Also hotel offers rooms for people with disabilities.

*conference facilities

This hotel offers a great variety of conference facilities and services for business travellers. There are four ballrooms and conference rooms for different kind of seminars and meetings with maximum capacity up to 500 people.

Rixos hotel is always fully booked so you better make a reservation beforehand to make sure that your staying or meeting is fully planned and there won’t be any surprises. If you need parking place for your event, for example, test drive, please kindly note that parking is chargeable and it is quite expensive.

Intercontinental 5*

*location

Intercontinental hotel located in the city center and there is a great view from the hotels rooms. Hotel situated very close to the Presidential castle, museums and business centers of Almaty. There is beautiful green garden with fountains nearby.

*accommodation

Intercontinental hotel offers luxury accommodations in 277 rooms of different types to their guests. There you can find lux rooms, VIP lux rooms, smoking, non-smoking and also rooms for disabled people.

*conference facilities

There are 4 conference rooms with maximum capacity up to 500 people. And one ball room for 700 people. Also hotel offers several boardrooms for different kind of business meetings.

*advantages

Hotel located in the city center very close to the Holliday inn hotel. And that will be very comfortable for a big groups so they can stay in two hotels very close to each other and there won’t be any need to spend time for transfers. And also there is a great view from the rooms of this hotel.

*disadvantages

Hotel was opened in 2006 and some rooms need to be renovated. And unfortunately the price of these rooms a bit expensive and should to be reconsidered.

Holiday Inn 4*

*location

Holiday Inn hotel located very close to the Central Square of Almaty. The location of this hotel is very comfortable for business tourists and tourists on leisure. The hotel is in 2 minutes way from the business center of the city and it’s the main sights.

*accommodation

Holiday Inn hotel offers very spacious standard rooms and lux rooms with very big windows and with a great view. There are 229 rooms of 5 categories and 157 of them are non-smoking rooms.

*conference facilities

Holiday Inn hotel offers 10 specially equipped conference rooms with maximum capacity up to 410 people. And also there is a modern business center in the hotel.

*advantages

Holiday Inn hotel is the first hotel of international hotels chain in Kazakhstan. It is located in the city center. There are a good amount of single rooms and twin rooms and this is very necessary for business travellers.

*disadvantages

There could be a lack of service during the reservation of events. And some items in the guest room are missing. For example, bathrobes are available only upon your request.

Ramada Plaza Almaty 4*

Intercontinental hotel located in the city center and there is a great view of the mountains and the city sights from the hotels rooms. There is a botanical garden, opera theater and memorial complex nearby the hotel. And there is an easy access to the central stadium Alma which is in 25 minutes way from the hotel.
