Description

These women live in Alay valley. We will see their traditional clothing and some traditions (upon request):

• Seeing off a bride to the groom’s house.
• Welcoming a bride in the groom’s house.
• Putting a baby into the cradle for the first time.
• Cutting off the rope tiding the toddler’s legs.

The rituals are accompanied with singing and praying
