The hotel is located on the northern coast of Lake Issyk-Kul, in Sary-Oi village, 14 km from Cholpon-Ata and 230 km from Bishkek. Due to the unique combination of sea and mountainous climate, there is no exhausting heat and rains on the coast of Issyk-Kul.

There are 29 international-class cottages and 2 buildings with European standard rooms.
In July 2021, a new five-story hotel building was opened, the rooms of the new building are equipped with air conditioning, the rooms are spacious and bright.
All rooms are equipped with satellite TV, telephone, adjustable heating, free Wi-Fi.
The rooms have safes, a kettle and a set of tea utensils, a set of towels, beach towels and beach mattresses, etc.
The hotel offers both buffet style and standard menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner depending on the season.
