The fourth international Marathon of Kyrgyzstan «Run the Silk Road»

Marathon it is not just a kind of sport, it is also a great chance to increase the touristic potential of a country. Every year each of the developed countries held marathons, where tens of thousands of runners and fans from all over the world gather together.

Marathon goals: 
•    Health tourism popularization, encouraging a healthy lifestyle, inclusion of population to regular physical exercises and sports.
•    Development of international friendly sport connections and tourism, discovering the best marathon runners of Kyrgyzstan.
•     Attraction of the sportsmen and tourists neighboring countries and beyond.
•    Promotion of the beauty of the Kyrgyz nature.

Marathon, semi-marathon, 10km and 5km races are planned. 

The start is at 9:00 on the 2nd of May at the gates of “Kyrgyzskoje Vzmor’je” Sanatorium, Bostery Village.
