Tien Shan Vertical (rock climbing lessons)

We offer you to explore the most popular canyon for rock climbing near Bishkek city.

Itinerary

Meeting point and time: Main door of the State Historical Museum, Ala Too Square, 9 am.

• 09:00 – 10:00 Drive to Chunkurchak gorge
• 10:00 -13:00 Climbing lessons
• 13:00 – 14:00 Rest
• 14:00 – 16:00 Hiking to the waterfall and back
• 16:00 – 17:00 Drive back to Bishkek

In the morning after meeting, we head to the Chunkurchak gorge that is located 45 km out of Bishkek (one hour drive).

Arrival to the spot around 10:00 a.m. and start exercises. Climbing under the instructions of the professional climber (2-3 hours).

After climbing program, you will find a pleasant surprise – a walk along the mountain ridge to the “Dove waterfall” (2-3 hours). Arrange a small snack for 1 hour to have lunch and enjoy the beauty of the mountain 60 meters height waterfall! Magnificent unspoiled place provides thousands of photo opportunities.

Don’t miss your chance to get into the nature and feel the power of Tien Shan.

We meet at 4 p.m. near our bus to drive back to Bishkek. Arrival at 6 pm and get to the address agreed beforehand or at the Ak-Sai Travel office.
