“AK-SAI TRAVEL” yurt camp at Tash Rabat.
The camp will be open from June 1 to September 30, 2024
Living conditions:
• y/l “Ak-Sai Travel” offers up to 11 yurts for accommodation (up to 2 people in a yurt).
• The camp will be equipped with a dining yurt, decorated in national style. The dining room is equipped with wooden tables and benches (with chairs).
• Each yurt is decorated in national style, equipped with electricity, 2 wooden beds, and 2 cots if necessary. The floor is covered with a smooth wooden covering, which makes it possible to walk barefoot or in felt slippers (also provided in the yurt for guests).
• Each yurt has a stove for heating the yurt. The yurt is heated 2 times a day (in the evening and in the morning).
• Each sleeping place includes a mattress, bed linen, pillow, blanket and SLEEPING BAG.
• The camp has 2-3 toilets (Asian style), washbasins, and sauna.
• In case of unforeseen/emergency circumstances, the camp has a satellite phone for communication
Price – up to 2 people in a yurt:
• Accommodation with breakfast USD 60 per person per night
• Accommodation with breakfast and dinner 70 USD per person per night
• Accommodation with 3 meals a day 80 USD per person per day
Price of single accommodation in a yurt:
• Accommodation with breakfast USD 70 per person per night
• Accommodation with breakfast and dinner 80 USD per person per night
• Accommodation with 3 meals a day 90 USD per person per day
Minimum order – accommodation with breakfast
Additional services:
• Ordering lunch or dinner without accommodation – 25 USD per person
• Horseback riding – 15 US dollars (2 hours), each subsequent hour – 15 US dollars
Price for accompanying personel:
• For a group of up to 4 people – for 2 accompanying persons – 50% discount
• For a group of 5 people or more – accompanying persons free of charge (no more than 2 people per group, if more than 2 accompanying persons – the remaining 50% discount)
Booking conditions and cancellation policy:
- Please send booking requests to the following address: booking@ak-sai.com.
- Booking requests are not accepted by telephone nor by oral form.
- In case there are specific requirements in the group (e.g. vegetarians), please indicate it during your reservation.
- Vouchers should be obtained and paid in our office in Bishkek in advance. Groups without showing vouchers at a yurt camp will not be accepted.
- Cancellation fee during 3 days before check in – without penalties
- Cancellation fee in less than 3 days, customer has to pay 50% from the total cost of a voucher.
If more than 1 day accommodation, the full amount for the 1st night including meals.
