Permission from the Interdepartmental Commission

Please note that citizens of all the countries need to obtain permission from the Interdepartmental Commission if entering Kazakhstan by train or by car.

It refers to all countries both with visa-free regimes and to those that need a visa.

Make sure that you have one before travelling to Kazakhstan.
